According to the sales rep they plan on starting construction early next year with completion end of 2018 Would be great if that was the case, but being Adelaide ill only believe it when I see it completed  Thanks for the post. Wasted 5 seconds of my life. Searches madly for the thread on adel...

This hotel should be big with out of towners coming down for the weekend in need of a cheap place to sleep. Not fussed by the lack of balconies nor the design of the tower in general. The street level activation on the other hand looks great. Hopefully we find out what's going there soon.

Out of interest I had a look at the report to see why it has been recommended for refusal. It appears that whilst the design, bulk and scale of the proposal are deemed acceptable on this site, it was viewed that the traffic issues raised by DPTI (There's a few so I wont paste them all, however the b...

Lets hope its more accurate then Kodo who appointed their builder back in April and U2 who commenced construction start of last year :hilarious: It's unfair to be harsh on Kodo. They did appoint a builder around 6 months ago, but they never promised to start construction immediately. In terms of U2...

Doesn't appear to have increased in height as previous posts suggested. A neat little proposal, appears to comes with a standard blank wall which seems to be all the rage at the moment.

This precinct looks great coming in/out via train now, you know you're in the city when coming in via train after years of slowly rolling by some skaters. On the topic of skaters though I dont believe they've given them a replacement as of yet, which is quite disappointing. A new skatepark should h...

Hello all, new to the forum (but have lurked for while). This is a game changer, reminds me of Vue in regards to its sleek glass design and lack of blank walls. Will go along way to shaking the stigma that outsiders have. My only concern (apart from it not being built at all) is that like Vue, the d...
