This website might be a bit out dated but it appears to be the site for the Activate 408 Consortium, the consortium preferred by the Government. The latest news article refers to two buildings as well. The floor areas mentioned on this website are fairly substantial. Hopefully we get some height or ...

Re: U/C: [ City Central ] Masterplan Thread

It appears that Charter Hall have taken this one over from Aspen, particularly future development on the site. https://www.charterhall.com.au/News/2014/Charter-Halls-CPOF-acquires-50/ An article in today's paper also suggested they'll be working on an updated masterplan over the next 12 months. [COM] Re: UC: Torrens Footbridge | $40m

So from reading that article, does that mean the underside cladding is glass as well?

Maybe there is still film on the cladding shown in the previous photos that will be removed closer to completion? If it is glass then it will be even more impressive.

Eucalypt trees look great, especially after a hot day in the setting sun, pinks, oranges etc on the pale grey trunks and limbs. Spiller there are so many because they are our native tree suited to minimal rain and scorching hot weather. I'm sick of seeing too many mature European species dying in ou...

Re: Adelaide Climate

Adelaide has a mediterranean climate with hot dry summers and cool wet winters. Adelaide's winters are our wettest months of the year. The weather at this time of year is similar to Melbourne's although not as cold, windy and constantly cloudy. We do get some sunshine in winter. However the Adelaide...
