Perhaps the sprucing up could be coordinated with the regular refurbishments leaseholders need to undertake...

I see the 80km/h speed limit has been reinstated, bollards gone, painted median strips added and signage updated. The left turn into McLaren Vale has been upgraded. I guess roadworks essentially complete apart from some landscaping...

In this week's Southern Times Messenger (p.26) there is an article briefly outlining that the Planning Minister has the approved the building of more high rise apartments in Noarlunga Centre to allow an extra 10,000 people to live and work in this area.
