[U/C] Re: North-South Motorway
This isn't a recent addition by any means, but they have numbered the bridges which go over the on the SEXY, starting with Number 1 at Seacombe Rd. In 60 years time when the South Rd corridor is finished, you will have driven 50km along it from Gawler, passing under numerous bridges, only to reach ...

[U/C] Re: North-South Motorway
Glad to see commitment from both parties, but we need to make sure it's done right the first time so it's future proofed. It needs to be 3 lanes each way. The apparent proposal to only have two lanes under Anzac Highway seems to be based on traffic flows, that the merges can happen more smoothly wi...

First week of the New Year according to the latest newsletter.Honey of a City wrote: ↑Tue Dec 18, 2018 10:32 pmAny news on when the landscaping is going to commence? The Port Rd/South Rd intersection is a pretty grim wasteland right now. The crooked goal post sculpture installation doesn’t help much either.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines
QantasLink were tossing up between Whyalla and Mount Gambier before they eventually went with the former. It must have been sketchy for a while but I wonder if demand is picking up now that the steelworks have been saved. We can only hope they'll take another look at the Mount - a relatively large,...

[U/C] Re: News & Discussion: South Road / North-South Corridor
The plan is to duplicate the existing overpass, likely to the west. Impossible because the tramline runs diagonally, I'm of the understanding that the elevated road planned from Daws Road will run over this section then come down before the tramline. It would hardly be impossible, It would just nee...

Wasn't it noted in the delivery strategy that it would be southbound off/northbound on ramps @ Sir Donald Bradman Drive, and northbound off/southbound on ramps @ James Congdon Drive?

[U/C] Re: News & Discussion: South Road / North-South Corridor
The caravan park has a supremely odd-shaped block of land with a tool shed in the corner. I can only assume that they would not come to the party to allow a sufficiently smooth bend for the left turn to have come off the freeway and joined the new Bolivar Road intersection. This can be overcome by ...
