Initial feedback on the new ticket scanning machine: I like it. It's quieter than the previous system, and the green light and number of trips displayed when you insert the ticket looks great and is informative. The bad: a lot of people are inserting the ticket the wrong way or can't figure it out. ...

I would argue it's not "convenient" to make people walk an extra 200-500 metres with luggage but im not lazy, so ill do it.
