[COM] Re: Masters Adelaide Airport
Anyone have any updates on the other 2 previously intended Masters sites (Parafield & Noarlunga)? If the mod could also change this thread title to Bunnings Adelaide Airport? Parafield is being advertised for lease, Supercheap Auto have filled one of the tenancies: https://www.home-co.com.au/ce...

How about stacking the road to reduce the footprint? Eg. 3 lane trench southbound and northbound runs on top of it at surface Iike a double decker? This was an element in one of the early proposed designs of T2T between Port and Grange roads

[COM] Re: [U/C] Re: Northern Connector | 14km | $1b
So how will people go from the Northern Connector to the South Road (under the superway at cormack road end) will they need to back track from Grand Junction Road? Pretty much - or exit NC before PRExy and travel down Salisbury Highway via Port Wakefield Road. OR exit at PRExy then via Hanson, Corm...

Looks like a portion of the former masters is being modified into a new tenancy, the colour scheme seems consistent with super cheap auto.

The Dry Creek railyards have prevented from the Gawler Line Greenway from ever being complete. The indicative map at https://www.dpti.sa.gov.au/infrastructure/major_projects/greenways_project/greenways_project/gawler_greenway seems to have it cross the railway at Pym Street then use Harrison Rd, Na...

Re: News & Developments: Prospect
There's a huge mountain of dirt being built at this site now, and a pit developing next to it. I wonder how deep they're going to go. Indeed! Seems like a bit of deja vu though, I remember them moving similar amounts of dirt about 10 years ago for the former Palm Grove project BC1DEBCF-7E7F-4D29-B9...

Only one building is left to demo (cnr South/Regency Rd.) Heard a Govt deal is close on the Croydon Kings new home ground. I wonder where all the site offices etc will be set up, maybe around & using the existing clubrooms? They could use the yard on the corner of South Road/Grand Junction wher...

I’m sure the corner won’t be that tight once they get rid of the units and the stone paving place

[U/C] Re: North-South Motorway
There are only about 6 buildings left to demolish from Pym St to Regency Rd including 2 sets of shops so all the demo should be finished soon. There are signs saying night works commence 26 August so hopefully they are getting straight into it. Service Relocations will be occuring over the next cou...

Can imagine cars banked up on Bolivar offramp if the traffic light at Bolivar has a short green light especially during afternoon peak. Whites Road should be extended, then over or under Port Wakefield Road, then a interchange at the Northern Connector. Burton Road (north) and Burton Road (south) s...

Just one lane for now, there's still construction going on in what i assume would be the other lane. They could be installing that yellow cladding shown in the renders?

[U/C] Re: North-South Motorway
Demo’s will continue all this year (ie Croydon Kings soccer club has until the end of their season before they need to vacate). I think construction is from early 2020 and take until the end of 2022 for completion. The main job is the overpass. It will be interesting if they assemble a bridge/overp...
