HIB is the building just complete on north terrace next to the morphett street bridge, the uni SA building ( health innovation building) HIB is the name used on site by the workers.

I know a few guys who work for H and Y and they are telling me they are starting on site very soon, they are trying to wrap it up at HIB so they can move over to the cas.

They are trying to get this one finished by June, but there struggling. Some pretty good views from level 4, and some nice size balconies in some of the apartments.

I would love to see this one get the go ahead, I’m sick of Adelaide getting held back by a few who hate change.
