Yep was meant to open on the Grenfell St side, but to date there appears to be no action.

The whole front is covered though by a "Rundle Place watch this space" kind of advertisement, but it has been like that for a few months now.

Update

Work will now begin on the facade upgrade on Saturday (8th of June) and take approx 12 months, now that ACC have completed their footpath repairs.

Gresham Place will be closed to pedestrians and vehicles for the duration of the work.

Commencement of the upgrade has been delayed slightly due to work currently being undertaken next door in front of Saldechin.
