Slow?! Trains are supposed to be fast and should be made to go as fast as possible between stations, not as slow as possible :wallbash:

Too much noise. It is nice inside and looks like it has the same seating, it is smoother than the old ones but it is noisy, more noisy.
Noisy?? WTF?

Re: Public transport's New Year revamp

There isnt really anything wrong with the rail/lightrail services TransAdelaide provide, in the last 2 years it has been fairly reliable. But I hope it leads to our rail system looking a bit more professional because at the moment it looks very rag-tag. Better uniforms for railway staff would be a g...

the hughes plaza upgrade looks interesting. Altho as the uni's busiest walkway it seems very cluttered with tables and chairs.

everytime i hear it, it makes me embarrased to be from Adelaide. It should be called something simple and normal: North-South Motorway?

Re: #Article: Adelaide's worst bus routes revealed

the stupidest thing about the 721 is that on the other side of the city it is a 222, yet along both the 222, 721 routes there is no mention AT ALL of a cross-city service. IMO the 222 destination at the front of the bus should be "City and Noarlunga via Main North and South rds." or someth...

I like how this dome/warehouse is looking, certainly a massive improvement. Should really change the area once the tram line is opened, then we just have to wait for the Clipsal site TOD to start then.

I think Labor has my vote next election, just the things the Rann government has done and still to do for this state; new airport, new royal adelaide, improved roads, electric trains, mining/defence industries, they've also brought trams back to Adelaide's streets and are building a desal plant. Wha...

I went past this building today and they've added something to the lower part of the Edge building, looks similar to what they put on the lower levels of the Alpha Apartments. Looks pretty nice.

Probably wont be long until the crane is removed from the site.

Re: Adelaide has to build a NEW stadium for 2018/2022 World Cup

Well if Adelaide does build a rectangular stadium for the world cup 2018/2022 (or later) hopefully they dont do what melbourne did and stuff it up by making it's seating capacity too low for the world cup. We need to call in some experts from Germany to be taught how to build world cup standard faci...

"10 floors is too tall" keeps coming to mind with the Adelaide City Counil and developements in this city

I wonder if the Adelaide city council has heard of this booming city in the United Arab Emirates - called Dubai. Thats what a developers dream looks like.
