Believe the last concrete floor pour was done today. So we only have the roof left on top on this slab which is above the eight floors of balconied apartments. That should be the final height. Cheers I've also heard that the final concrete deck is the roof, so theres no more superstructure to come ...

TSA, as of earlier this month Target Fulham Gardens was certainly closing, not due to the retailers restructure plans but because of a rental renew dispute. It's due to close in August. Without being able to read the article, the excerpt you posted makes it sound as though the proposal was akin to a car yard. In which case, probably a good thing it was rejected.
