Re: Beer Garden

Oh fair dinkum , yeah ok mate I'm sure you'd indicate when your leaving a small round about..... :toilet:

The point is $420 is bloody ridiculous and purely revenue raising for such a minor offence.

Re: Beer Garden

Drive-less automobiles in the next decade may upset their apple cart too Just on drive-less cars i think the biggest bonus and F you moment to the state government will be road fines being redundant. I was fined $420 recently for failing to indicate out of a single lane roundabout :toilet: . Only a ...

[CAN] Re: DOMINATOR 1 | CBD | 230m | 60 Levels | Mixed Use

Both Aria and U2 are not award winning designs but they both look good enough , especially U2 - and time will tell. So hopefully this comes to fruition and the design is of better quality again. I all for height but I would rather a 195m tower than a 230m tower in the near future.

Re: University of South Australia - Developments and News

HA!! Pays no land tax, well that definitely rules out it being privately owned.

I have always thought it was state owned but can't say for certain.

Like mentioned would be an improvement to have some new landscaping and pavement but won't be a deal brea...

No doubt it might have unreliable data, but a google search shows plenty of consistency with the NRAH being top 5 most expensive buildings globally.
