Yeh, for me too. Not a complaint -- just FYI. I need my daily S-A fix!

Re: U/C: Electrification & Upgrade of the Adelaide Rail Netw

I'm no rail expert, so can't really offer any particularly insightful comment or opinion, but I thought this article was somewhat interesting... Perth trains the fastest in nation Kent Acott November 14, 2014, 5:45 am Fewer stations are allowing Perth's passenger trains to reach faster average speed...

Wayno -- a little delayed on my behalf, but I thought this article was really interesting and I'd been meaning to ask: what came of your discussion with mates at the physical pub, rather than the electronic pub...? Any further thoughts or insights?

Re: The Dyson Airblade, why I hate it with a passion.

I love it when an individual can maintain the rage for such a long period of time. Dyson Airblade issue first raised by HeapsGood way back in December 2011...! :D http://sensational-adelaide.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3228&hilit=dyson&start=571 I must say that I tend to agree about th...

Re: Beer Garden

Let's just remember that Bank SA was long ago purchased by St George Bank, which in turn was purchased by Westpac. They couldn't give two figs about South Australia. That's why we don't have the Christmas and Easter lighting on the State Bank building anymore. http://sensational-adelaide.com/forum/v...

[COM] Re: U/C: Rundle Mall Redevelopment | $30m

Agree about the utility of this thing, as it will probably serve its purpose, but far out... I don't usually like to air unmitigated negative opinions, but this is f**king horrendous. The day the previous canopy went up, I called that f**king horrendous, too. They're both as bad as each other. Neith...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines

Thanks Stefan. I was going to suggest you put those on your blog, but I see it's already done. :) Many have predicted the demise of the 747, but I really hope this latest variant can carve out a successful niche for many years to come. In other news, I thought it was worth drawing everyone's attenti...

What I'd like to know is how the hell he found those posts. Did he just put ["mayfair hotel" + adelaide + "bus stop"] into google & copy/paste what he found? He couldn't have trawled the thread looking for people posting negative things, could he? I'd suspect, just like his ...

Re: Adelaide University - Developments & News

Abbott has already demonstrated that he will receive no delegations, nor take any advice which is contrary to his ideologies. In recent days we have had statements from professional bodies (like the AMA) stating that they offered evidence that his policies will not work, and even offering alternati...
