Large rise today for one of the cranes. Also, Deloittes are in Waymouth St and not Dulwich, that is ‘Deloitte Private’ which is a separate but related entity.

They should be able to get ‘22’ right next floor!

We’ve got glazing! Looks quite reflective.

Some awesome artwork has been completed on blank walls on the east and west sides of this building. Looks great.

Here’s a pic of the Myer Centre cladding from lunchtime today. Not sure now if it is on the actual Myer Centre building, or a structure in front?

Not sure if this already been posted, but the new cladding on the north side of the Myer Centre is a dark grey colour, completely different to the original pale yellow. It also didn’t look flat, maybe some sort of texture to it.

Whether or not this proposal goes ahead, it is a great location for a new tower. Arriving in the city along Pulteney St from South Tce certainly feels different now compared to a few years ago when it was completely bereft of any height. Crane is coming down today

A large excavator was on site this morning digging in the sand, like a giant Tonka toy! Possible site works commencing??

The core box has been removed, assume that this means that the building has reached full height.

Internal demo has been underway for a couple of weeks on site. Royal Park Salvage signage up on the Pirie St. looks as though this development is underway.

The shape of the block and the shape of the building, as presented in the renders, do not marry up in the slightest.

Does the construction of the tower at Festival Plaza need it’s own thread?
