I suspect the government hasn't got any money to fund this so in order to delay any progress and funding but look like they are doing something they are once again running a competition for the best design (They did it with Victoria Square).

OK, reality check time. Do we really think this is going to go ahead? A building taller than any other built during the economic boom? A building designed and lodged in mid-2008 at 102m and 21 levels? I suspect this will get the chop to suit the potential tenant, that's IF Bendigo and Adelaide Bank ...
