[U/C] M2 North-South Motorway

The media have a hand in sensationalising everything in this state, even to the extent of a couple of homes lost. I’ve never lived in the eastern states, but I’d be surprised if they had such a nimby angle on city building infrastructure. And in terms of the Thebby or similar, all it takes is one se...

Begs the question, will naming rights go to NAB or Telstra? I guess Services Australia won't put up the Centrelink sign. In a way, this is a further blow to CBD vacancy rates, with two larger (by square metre) high-rise buildings now to lose their anchor tenant to this building, not to mention a lo...

In regards to the northern end from Vic sq; For one the pavers on KWS are dodgy and always in disgusting condition. Not many modern quality buildings on the strip. Some of the heritage buildings are in decent condition / refurbishment and upkeep, some are pretty shitty. A lot of tired 60s - 80s arch...

I see we've had a smoking ceremony and debate has been shut down Point proven.... Ok. I'll play. This PROJECT / BUILDING looks crap and is a waste of money That's why the government has ordered a review. As if they got that many extensions to begin with. Would be interesting to know why they haven't done anything with it after all this time. Perhaps they don't have the finances to proceed? If you check out their website it doesn’t really provide much information / confidence into who they are, what...

The flat land on Glenthorne would make it much easier to adjust Majors road to align with the current Blacks Road. The problem here is cutting into Glenthorne with environment minister & member for Black, David Spiers also running for next Libreral premier. I don't think he'll let Glenthorne ge...

[U/C] Re: M2 North-South Motorway

The previous state Liberal government's plan was fully funded and was due to start shortly. Unfortunately we're now stuck with Kouts who is well out of his depth, and costs will blow out by an additional $4b with construction not due to start until 2025. If Kouts is out of his depth what was Cory W...

Who knows how many years we may all need to wait for this mess to be finally finished. Going by labors budget infrastructure projects in especially NON EASTERN STATES is not exactly priority - MUCH MORE IMPORTANT to them is WINNING A FEW VOTES FROM YOUNG FAMILIIES, PENSIONERS etc because the GENERA...

That proposed design is pretty revolting for a very unique style of heritage building in the Adelaide cbd. It deserves a more sympathetic design from a quality architect.

The overpass/exit ramp at Anzac HWY should be 2 lanes and situated to the left of the road (rather than centre) with the acquisition of all road fronted properties facing Anzac HWY from Home Ideas Centre up until Ashford Retirement Apartments. Whilst I agree some changes may be warranted including t...

Be careful what you wish for: residents didn't want to have to live near a bridge, so their house will be bulldozed to make space for more lanes leading to traffic lights. The state's new attitude to heritage means that the heritage-listed cemetery can have a road built over part of it. Rightly or ...
