Pistol78, as it sounds it is another half-assed project. Can we ever do anything right in this state? Cheers Half- assed..... I dont even think its that good. hmm.......the state has a surplus of 11billion.......... :? The entire state budget equals $11 (odd) billion and the last federal surplus was $14 billion.
