[COM] Re: 203 North Terrace | 119m | 35 levels | Student Accom
I refuse to believe people actually like this Well you'll be surprised to know that most people like this building. The colours suit the surroundings and it gives North Terrace some decent height. The original renders make it look horrible but now it is being built, it looks great! Yep I agree. The...

[U/C] Re: M2 North-South Motorway
The landscaping on this stretch really puts T2T to shame.
We will end up with a huge amount of green areas in this section then hit a barren wasteland when you get to Torrens Road.
And they aren’t waiting until completion which is good.

To be honest, with the amount of infill occurring in this area, Ovingham, Dudley Park and Islington should all get a makeover.
Compared to the Seaford line, the Gawler line has seriously been neglected.

Key changes include: - Increase of the bridge span to include more community space and facilities under the bridge Oh yay, so all the hipster trolls who've flooded into this inner north west pocket can have somewhere to meet and play now. Joyous times ahead. Rev, you will be happy to know that they...

Re: News & Developments: Port Adelaide
So glad this is all going ahead. In the least this will really lift the Port and bring more workings and people living in the area. Are the warehouse refurbishments and museums that were planned still to go ahead? They’d compliment the new housing nicely. Not sure if this is a discussion for the ec...

[SWP] Re: Lot 14 (Old RAH Site)
Lockheed Martin opened up its new building late last year. Raytheon is building a new purpose built building at Mawson Lakes. Naval Group is retrofitting the Port Adelaide TAFE. Imagine if those three big players set up in LOT 14 alone. Between the, there would be over 1000 highly paid, well educate...

I really hope they make use of that wasted land on the corner of Exeter Terrace and Torrens Road.
Could they have extended the bridge a bit further and grade separated the Churchill Road and Torrens Road intersection as well?

Re: #Official Defence Thread
Anyone that hasn’t seen the shipyard needs to get out there and see the magnitude of this piece of infrastructure.
The main ship hall is 58m tall to the top of the structure!!
And then to think another $500m will be spent on the boatyard extension next door...

Posts for the electric lines are beginning to be installed between Ovingham and Dudley Park.
They are HUGE!
Will take a photo tomorrow - would be interested if they are the same design as on the Seaford line
