Help with Rundle Mall development plan.

Hi Guys I'm a new member here but have been browsing the site for a few years. I'm a building design student at Tafe and our design class is working on a building to replace Briconne's cafe at the top of Rundle Mall. As the new Rundle Mall development is planning on removing all structures out of the centre of the mall the ACC no longer has info regarding building regulations for the centre of the mall.

Can someone possibly point me to an older version of the Rundle Mall development plan? Basically I need to know maximum building size, setbacks or any regulations for the centre of the mall etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Carlow1

You would probably need to source this information from the Adelaide City Council.
