You have to attract people to this area before anything. One way of making this area more of a tourist attraction would be to develop the festival theatre into a S.A. history museum and interactive science (gugenheim?) museum, open up the torrens side as well to allow visitors to enjoy our mud flats. The plaza could be easily developed with interactive water fountains and such.

Build a new theatre which does not attract a constant stream of visitors on space next to morphett street bridge over the railway line or in a central location like on hindmarsh squre where those low campus style builings are.

I'll have to wait for when we have money to burn in 2015 :D :D

They were doing internal renovations when I walked past the Festival Centre recently

BTW the plaza is terrible, needs a major revamp
