Oh good Lord.

This is Commander Keen, the character behind the PC-gaming Commander Keen franchise of the 1980's/1990's. 9 different series of the game were released, each set in a different world, etc. Very much like Mario - but in space.

Theme lanes and walls

[/b]White Board lanes
To have a big wall spaces (maybe in a small central lane) for the public to write up jokes, do little pictures, cartoons, write messages, declare your love, hate and opinion. Even sell you motor bike or gym equipment. (A white board for the masses)
As a result you may have:
Lover’s lane, to declare your love or stick up a picture,
Break up lanes, to vent you venom
Film critic lane. A lane near movie theatres would be a great place for public film critics to have their say including alternative endings
Birthday lane
All walls comply with our Kiddie safe policy “ all naughties above 1.5m”
Exhibition theme lanes
These lanes and public blank wall spaces would be made into public glass display cabinets for people to donate or exhibit items like tea pots, jugs, frogs (any theme) say
Tea pot lane
Potters lane
Hot water bottle lane
Old cricket bat lane
Sports photo lane
and so on
We would have interesting lanes and walls available for static displays or exhibitions.
As I have previously said am sure our lanes and walls would become famous or perhaps infamous but it would make a great place to wonder for laugh when killing time for a movie or a meal and soon become an Adelaide tradition
A photographic record in an annual book of it would make a great social comment history resource.

You may note I have edited my original idea to include a kiddie safe policy. Anyway if we let the Plebeians just draw big dicks they may stop buying Hummers. So we will be cutting greenhouse gas as well.

Amazingly most kids' eyesight can focus beyond 1.5m ;)
I don't see any logic in your statement about hummers... :?

I don't think your idea will invigorate anything, people draw on toilet walls and they don't see much action (intentional innuendo). To invigorate an area you'd need to create some kind of commerce, whether that be commercial or artistic or more probably a combination of the two. Melbourne did it by loosening the alcohol licensing legislation that made it possible to set up trendy micro-clubs in back alleys.

That's UniSA City West campus. Not as quaint as you thought. The cafe` closes when the students clear out. Wasteland after 6.

Not only that, but the coffee tastes like boiled hay. Nice salads, mind.
