The US mass transit renaissance continues, but in a sense building fancy bus/train stations for wealthy urban professionals to use is the easy bit - it'd be even more exciting to see this kind of money & effort being invested across the bay in Oakland or Richmond (who, in a way, are to San Francisco what Elizabeth or Hackam are to Adelaide)
