I think you're getting your towers mixed up Claybro.

Australia 108 - 108 floors, 388m, Residential / Hotel. Has a massive light beacon atop, so height to 'real' roof would be about 340m. 3.1m ceiling heights (roughly). For comparison Eureka ceiling heights are 3.2m - both A108 and Eureka are designed by the same guy, Fender Katsoulaskas (god knows how his name is spelt or whatever it is).

505 Collins - 82 floors, 404m, Office. 4.9m ceiling heights. I have to admit for an office tower this is extremely generous). You might get 4m, 4.2m ceiling heights but I've not heard of 4.9m. There doesn't look to be any architectural features atop, so unless the tower has a massive ground floor and sky high lobbies, thats the only way you'd get the ceiling heights down - but even taking that into account it'd still be 4.7m / 4.8m ceilings.

I reckon your right Shuz. Wouldn't it be great if I was getting confused over multiple tower proposals in Adelaide encroaching airspace instead of Melbourne. :(

Fender Katsalidis is the name of the firm.
