Just a personal request. What are the possibilities of adding a photo gallery section to the forum?

The current Photo section is good but it also means that people have to click on each thread to view them. Some members will create their own personal thread posting new photos as they go, but I personally think that having a dedicated Photo Gallery with comment section will be a good idea because every newly posted photos comes up first.

And when someone replies/comment the photos from many years ago, it doesn't bump it up.

A forum link-in would be cool as well, it'd be a great way to organize construction updates.

Would love to but storage and bandwidth costs would make it unsustainable depending on how popular it gets. Last month we trashed our monthly bandwidth with everyone logging on to check out the new front page. Definitely on the wish list for s-a though.

Linked albums through Flicker or similar perhaps? Use someone else's bandwidth like we do YouTube for videos.

Yeah a S-A flickr group would be an idea.
