What is this?

Does anyone know what this big antenna on Smart Road Modbury is for?

I believe it's an antenna for a transponder landing system (or equivalent, not sure on the technical name) to assist planes coming in to land at Adelaide Airport.

Ah that makes sense. I remember a Pilot saying they fly to TTP then switch over to Adelaide Airport.
