A large mobile crane was on site on Friday and Saturday lifting in some large wall panels. But I did not have time for a picture.

This project is now up to level 7 and can be seen from Glen Osmond Rd rising up behind the existing saved house. Pictures 30 Oct 2016.

Some of the finishings are able to been seen poking out of the top of the north-western corner, looks nice.

But anyway, has this topped out yet? Or are they up to the last level now?





I believe some of the final cladding is now visible from the south. See that lower section on the left.

I am not sure whether this project has topped out yet . the lift core extends one more level above the existing. Note also there is a lower section on the western side which is difficult to photograph.

Yes this project has topped out. There is now steel work for a roof top Alfresco/ deck as at 12 Mar 2017. (view from southwest side).

Here's a shot of this one from the north, taken on Wakeham Street, I believe. That lower western section also has the finished cladding from the northern face. The building is also fairly prominent in parts of Hurtle Square and looking south down Frome Street, but it's a bit hard to take photos from those spots with my phone camera.

Nice picture EBG. Looking pretty good from the admittedly not much that we've seen so far.

This one reminds me a little bit of Central Adelaide with the black and white colour scheme, its relatively isolated location and the "striptease" uncovering of the building.

Hoping it turns out as well as Central Adelaide. We're onto another winner if it does.
