Judging from the photo that Adam took of the Space site, my money is that the I-Pad crane will be coming down this weekend.
What photo?

When I had a look last week, Space wasn't UC, there was no one on site, no sign of any equipment. Just a totally empty piece of flat dirt. This is nowhere near ready for a crane.

As I said the road closure is most likely for Ipad but as I had not been to have a close look or seen your picture i thought there was potential it could have been for space.

Also just because there is a road closure doesn;t mean there is even anything to do with a crane. I was just speculating.

It looks like the developers are having problems selling all of these miniscule apartments.

I received this in the mail...

Hmmm interesting. Doesn't say how many there are and upon watching the video on the website it mentions by attending you will hear exclusive news from the developer about a big project.

Sounds like they are trying to secure pre sales for a new building?

Not necessarily a matter of space (or the lack of it) - it might also have something to do with the amount of money available at the moment. Talk to somebody trying to sell their mansions in the suburbs recently.
