Thanks Spurdo. That is a big improvement on the last render I saw of this one.

Looks good. I notice they are continuing with that theme of the glass being attached in the four corners (don't know the technical term). Looked terrible on the Coglin Street Building, ok on the 400 KWS and better on Franklin Street so each time it appears to improve in quality. Thankfully they've ditched it for the Frome Street proposal.

Bit of a thread bump, I know but there was some sort of site works going on today. Fencing is up, a concrete slab poured in and a small bulldozer or digger looking thing. Not sure what exactly is going on.

You sure you've got the right site? I went past today and it still looked very much like an open-air carpark. It wasn't fenced off and there were cars parked there and no construction plant on the site.

Excellent. This will go well with the recent developments along Angas Street.

Wont see this one progress anytime soon. Kyrens website was updated and now lists this project as "currently on hold".

Shame, it would be good to see that unsightly carpark covered up.

We know Samaras can whinge but let’s give him some credit. He has balls putting up buildings without tennants.

How does Samaras get finance for this when he doesn't have tennants ?
