Probably a big chunk of equity

I'm pretty sure he sold the student accomm building next to Adelaidean to some super fund etc may have used the profit from that....

Good on him I say, some local entrepreneurial spirit taking a punt on the Adelaide market. I hope it succeeds.

From memory it was a similar story with 115 King William Street, it'd be interesting to know how much of that building is now leased.

How does Samaras get finance for this when he doesn't have tennants ?

Because maybe he decided to do something with his life instead of complaining about everything. Not everyone relies on banks for finance.
