I really like this development. I think it looks good, and will suit the area. I'm interested to see this 1885 ballroom, too, when it's been renovated.

its a strange development this one. I hope I can have a walk through once its completed. Are they going to put some aprtments in the old Tiv pub, or is it going to be retail/restaurants. Then theres that large gap behind the old pub which I assume will be for carparks? Maybe an indoor tennis court

Are they going to do anything about restoring the hotel? It looks a little run down in that photo.

What's the roof on the hotel? If it is tin it's going to reflect a lot of heat back to the lower apartments. I hope those who designed the building have taken this into consideration.
