You are right Pikey. To be more exact that is an image of CCT7.

With the news that CCT3 will have 30 000sqm2 of office space expect to see something around the 20-25 level mark.

I may be mistaken, but isn't this thread about CC8? CC3 is Electra House, as per this post.

Yeah, you are right Adam.

In fact, I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to change the title of this thread to 'Never Built', as it is obvious that this proposal has been cancelled and superseded by CCT8.
