First update for 2018. 2 cranes now up at Gray Street. Crane base at One Adelaide and also 250 East Terrace. GPO and Realm won't be far behind with piling almost complete on both sites.

Then next will be Adelaidean, Opus, East End, Sofitel and Skycity.

We haven't seen much activity from Softiel for a while. Is that official that it is starting in February / March? Or is that an estimation based it being complete sometime in 2019 as mentioned in the following article.

It won't be finished in 2019 anymore. It has been delayed since that article but the developer has gone quiet. Not sure what is going on. Its an estimation at this stage.

I know a guy who will be working on the Sofitel hotel. He told me last year that they're planning to start in March.
