Also the Eastern crane at Calvary hospital jumped yesterday.

The thread for this has been in low/mid level development. Wondering if it deserves it's own thread given it has its own crane?

Its a pretty small development so I wouldn't think it's own thread is needed. Some bigger developments did not use cranes such as August towers and the currently under construction Park Central at Bowden at 12 stories.

oh Pikey, you beaten me to the uploads. I was at the area around the same time you took these photos. I hung around and took a couple of snaps.

Great to see another crane in the skyline!

Victoria square: the tower crane could go up soon (even this weekend) as there is a large mobile crane parked on site.

Seems odd, looks like they're preparing the platform base now? I'm sure this will receive a climbing collar at some stage. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a second crane either in the core or towards the street end of the site.
