U2 And U City should be in the next coming weeks or less. Both sites have been full of action this past week.

There's been some activity on the site of park central also, should be a crane there shortly. One Adelaide has been quite for awhile but with the stage 2 DA lodged Friday hopefully it kicks into full swing - personally my favorite proposal of them all.

Verde and UniSA crane #2 would be coming down soon I'd imagine, Not sure where east park is at, noticed window installation has started though.

More good news - crane sections stored on site at "1 on the park' site 179 Greenhill Rd Parkside. This looks like the Marshall & Brougham crane from 242 South Tce. Note picture quality not that good because they were taken after 5pm today.

Is it usual to have a crane ready to go before they've even broken ground on the project? Perhaps it's just in holding for another site?

Yes you might be right, I walked past Wednesday and it wasn't there
