There are at least four cranes visible all the way from the northern end of the N-S Motorway. Looks great.

Crane base is in at Adelaidean. Will be a stretch to the northwestern corner. I predict a mobile crane will be in use during the podium build.

The crane for One On The Park, at 179 Greenhill Rd, is going up today Monday 16/4/2018. There are still 2 more sections to be added to the main lifting beam.

The second crane at the Calvary site (the one nearest Pulteney St) gained height today 5/5/2108.

May update
Adelaidean partially up. Dwell and Adelaide high likely to come down in the next couple of months.
East Park should go up in that time. I would think there would also be a tower crane at Eight Glenelg with foundations well under way.
Sofitel starting in 2 weeks and construction on Market street hotel is imminent with site clearing finalised. 269 North Terrace, Casino hotel and Festival office tower commencing shortly too.

So basically if all goes to plan, we will have 6 buildings above 100m tall under construction, I don’t think has ever happened in the history of Adelaide, especially since we only currently have 3 buildings over 100m. This is brilliant news for Adelaide and I could say I’m mildly excited

The crane at Adelaide airport came down on 26 march 2018 and the crane at One on the Park at 179 Greenhill Rd Parkside (10 story apartments ) went up on 16 April 2018.
