great shots. Ive noticed that the road from the old bus station to Grote St, (near the Hampshire Hotel) will go into a s-bend situation and they have paved a nice little area to the east of the Hampshire pub. I wonder if this will be a beer garden or alfresco thing for the pub. Whatever, its a good idea.

I'm not mad on the Grote St facade, love the Franklin Street facade though.

It would be good if that church, was transformed into a restaurant or a upmarket entertainment venue.
