Realm and the Adelaidean are both cheap. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if we're ever going to get an iconic
tower than it will be the Sofitel hotel on Currie street.

I hope the developers of Adelaidean are taking notice. THIS is how you treat the facade of a premier tower.

This already feels of such higher quality than Adelaidean. If only it was 50 or 60 levels instead. This deserves to be our tallest tower, not the cheap job down the road.

Just because someone throws heaps of money at something doesn't make it good quality. Clive Palmer's campaign is a good example of this.

Small request..can you get a closer/zoomed in shot of the gold pieces on the balconies? Interested to see what the pattern actually is.

Well the budget must of been spent in the right places. Ie Elenberg Fraser architects, because they are basically as good as it gets here in Aus.
