they are the same thing they are just hours that have been saved RDO is 38 hour week PDO is 36 hour week some companys have both some dont

And the core is up to level 3 already.

It'll be intereting to see how long it takes for the western, taller tower to start. It'll definitely add another crane to the skyline!
