Pikey this was only the case for the first tower. The second tower is currently looking for a tennant and has been the case since this development was announced. you can also see this on the billboards attached to the site.

Confirmed. This is how it was done in tower one - take a look a few pages back in this thread.

There's still 1 more building to go up but there's no definite plans at this stage.

I noticed the "deal" today for the "skydeck" restaurant on pirie street. After a bit more looking around I saw it's the top of Aurora. Lets hope this takes off.

Restaurant? Having been on the roof, they're just boardrooms which businesses in the building can book out for meetings/events. I suppose you can get catering, but there's certainly no restaurant.

12th floor appears to have been sold/leased and this was advertised as having building naming rights. Microsoft is the tenant so hopefully they'll get naming rights.

I have a feeling that it isn't just this project which is dead, but, actually Urban Construct.

Why do say that Will?

Those interior shots inside the current building are horrible, not a very pleasant environment for an office

yeh I had a similar thought...having said that you would think they would sell them.

I'd tend to agree with Will.

Plus their model of a few owner occupier apartments and a whole lot of Oaks serviced apartments in each apartment building has been found out and is not popular.

There are a lot of complaints in the Altitude building. Apparently it turns into an after party/club destination on the weekends not to mention noise issues with the adjacent Garage Bar.

The Precinct development seems to have stalled.

They may just be trying to improve their finances and restructure the company and business model but it doesn't look good.

Time for the ACC to start talking to some of these Chinese developers to actually get The Precinct development completed.

On the weekend all Urban Construct signage was taken down and replaced with "for lease".
