All the same, it'd be nice to see a green wall or lighting feature overlaid to jive up Gawler Place.

From the discussion on the SkyCity upgrade thread about Bank Street laneway, the missing tree was vandalised and will be replaced within the next fortnight. Credit to the City Council for replying so quickly.

Does anyone actually know the design plans for Gresham Street? They've been digging it up on and off for what seems like a year now, and the only work that appears to have been done is underground services upgrades. Perhaps the work in Andy's photo new drainage to enable kerb removal? Hopefully followed by paving rather than asphalt?

I'm not sure what is happening with it either, but agree it's taking them absolutely ages.

taking ages? That's like Topham mall 2.0
*Looks at Dyson Airblade Factory* "I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit, it's the only way to be sure"
