Hugo Boss has closed and "Suncorp opening soon" signage is up. Hopefully they have or will relocate to North Terrace.
APIA will move to 25 Grenfell St too.

Two more businesses in North Adelaide wind up; Cucina and Cathedral Fashions.

Maybe North Adelaide is falling asleep until it gets the tram line extension in future years.

Progress on what I assume is the new Romeos Foodland at Rundle Square/Citi Centre Arcade:

That's surprisingly caught up from what we thought was a long delay. Probably be ready to open next month?

I was definitely surprised! Maybe they’re on track after all?

Pandora in Rundle Place is boarded up now.

Top Teas look like they are taking a unit in there too. Couldn’t find anything about them online.

My understanding is that Apple also lease this spot and sub-lease it out for other use. Their long-term plan is to expand into this space once they've opened a second Adelaide store and can afford to close their Rundle Mall shop for a re-fit.

L'Occitane are opening in the other half of the Pandora store. They are currently next to David Jones. Its such a tiny tenancy. It was for Pandora led alone splitting it in two. Wonder if they will retain the other store.

The list of restaurants in Rundle Mall Plaza looks very uninspired, considering the expense that went into construction.

I was expecting it to include places that were very different from the numerous food courts in Rundle Mall. Somewhere you could actually have a good quality lunch!

Don't quote me on this, but I heard a rumour from someone who works at Wooldworths that because of this new Foodland, they won't be renewing their lease in the mall at the end of this year (or next year) whenever it is up for renewal. This would fall in line with comments made about the Wooldworths building being earmarked for redevelopment...

Very interesting. That Woolworths isn't all that old.

It's been there since at least 1989 that I know of.

Anyway, they didn't close when Coles opened directly across the other side of the mall so I don't think they'll close because a Foodland is opening.

Not in its current configuration where it is now. It trades well, so I too don't think it's because of the Foodland.
