The site has been completely fenced off, suggesting that site preparation is now fully underway.

No problems, I will provide some more photos next weekend but for those who are interested nothing beats seeing it in the flesh. The building is having the finishing touches applied and the renders don't do it any justice.

The former Cargo Club is the site office for this project. Furthermore, it appears that Hindmarsh has been appointed the builder, as their signage has ben placed around the site.

Is that just artistic license in the render or are the actually planning to pave the western section of Hindley Street?

I'm under the impression that the university will turn Hindley Street West into a shared space and pave it, at their own expense, pending approval from the ACC.

Hopefully these changes resemble the renders, the buildings im in at the moment look so dated.

Cant wait till the development starts, with the SAHMRI and Hospital down the road, this will certainly liven up this end of North Terrace.

I don't want to rain on the parade, but I imagine George St. is shut due to Laneway Festival (which is this evening) as opposed to this part of the development starting.
