Pretty sure bait and switch is illegal so there would be some kind of negotiation involved.

I guess 75m buildings that take forever to even leave the ground aren't as exciting anymore now that we seem to have broken that old 75m barrier with Vue and 115KWS, plus a bunch of other new proposals as well. Also, this building isn't particularly spectacular architecturally speaking, so who really cares if it's slightly more visible?

Glad I don't have an apartment in this. I'd be annoyed if they were going through the process of delaying construction by submitting amendments for approval rather than actually building my apartment. Maybe everyone should just jump on Eclipse or Kodo which look way better anyway.

You can tell the professional from the amateur. Kodo will definitely happen. I'm unsure about eclipse though.

Vue will be completed before this one has started and it was announced a long time after this one was and only has a fraction of the apartments that Vue has.

Why does it say 114.97 metres ?

An extra 5 metres in height should only mean about 80 metres.

That would make my single story house 68.5m high.

Anything happened on this in the last month? What a poorly run development!

It looks like Hindmarsh has completely taken over this development. They are now the developer and the construction company.

I was told by their facebook page that we should see proper action within the first month or two of 2016 - see if that is true or not.

I found this on their website - Inspections by appointment while construction commences. Please call Ford Nicholas on 0400658628 to make an appointment!!!

That cannot be a bad thing.

I also noticed the original agent "Julienne Price" name has been dumped, probably due to her incredibly poor sales over 3 years.
