Blue louver windows starting to go in on the carpark levels on the Nth easten corner and a granite fasade placed in on the Hindmarsh sq side. Looking good.

Fantastic shots! I would love to live there, however after rent/mortgage I'd only be able to afford catfood for dinner.

Nice photos, especially the kitchen view one it's something different from the usual hindmarsh square ones we have seen so far.
Regarding cost of buying an appartment these days, surely with the more appartment towers that get built(heres hoping), prices should come down?
Or will developers market them all as "exclusive living with the best views of Adelaide" :?:

So... glassy! Lovesit. I don't like what they've done with the western elevation though. I hope something goes in between Wyatt House, or even for Wyatt House to be demolished and rebuilt with something taller and bulkier to block that out.

Love the western elevation black - hope it stays that way and not a flat washed out look that can happen with no maintenance from weathering. Much better than raw concrete.

Anyone know what the two raised sections are at the top of the eastern wall? They appear like lookout towers :P

Thanks mate.

BTW I think the bldg leaves a 'stronger' impression from the western elevation than from the east - certainly fits in well with the strong colours and balconies of the KPMG block.
