I'm mostly serious - NOX/Spuybroek could do the Pea and Gehry could rework the 'Hoist (maybe next to Optus). West Terrace would also look amazing with a heap of organic mid-rises overlooking the parklands.

New renders to show some more detail that wasn't shown before.

here we are hoping for a 40 storey building to be approved,and i see melbourne a getting a new tallest building 108 storeys. :(
