Agreed. But make that +100m, 25m it will barely clear Telstra and Grenfell tower esp when viewed from the north.

Because it’s more expensive to build a taller and slim building than build one with the same NLA shorter and fatter. Im guessing some of the resi towers have been taller recently as people typically don’t want to live on the same floor as 10 other appartments, so taller and less appartments per floor is more appealing.
