i think that the train line already does a pretty good job of this!

Interesting design, going to make a huge visual impact (height wise) but I'm lil worried these buildings are going to block the riverbank from North Terrace, similar to ASER.

To put things into perspective, the Oaks Embassy is 60m and the new Adel Uni is 62m.
I guess the difference is that there's public space set aside between each building in the medical precinct, whereas ASER has very poor connections between the buildings (and it appears not considered again with the Convention Centre revamp).

It's a big mistake by the Government to close the city skate park and not replace it with a new city one.

I noticed last week a number of skaters in front of the museums on North Terrace.

I agree. That said, the city skate park is still unofficially "open" ;)

(and there's always been skaters along North Tce. More so in the area in front of Government House though, just have a look at the benches.)

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Prepare for grindage against all and sundry knee level and below architecture. Even those spaced brackets wont stop it.
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

Wen past it 15 mins ago or so. It's pretty much now just the quarter pipe nearest to the Morphett St bridge that remains. Shitloads of workers along North Tce. It's awesome to see!

Awesome to see the CBD without skating facilities of any kind?
