The top of this is still unfinished, last I saw a week or so ago. Glass cladding still needed to be complete at the top.

There are a few floors that have been handed over to the uni but there are a few that aren’t quite complete, there are a lot of defects still going on and levels 3+4 that have barely been started, they are still empty with at least a couple months to go.

This final fitting out stage could take many months - AHMS next door reached practical completion in Dec 2016, and was opened to students in Jan 2017, but it wasn't till Sept 2017 that the final couple of research floors were finished & occupied, and the builders are still fixing defects now.

The North Tce street front is complete even down to landscaping, but the stairs next to the Morphett St bridge are still fenced off. Picture to follow.

Such a great video and in IMO a nice collection of impressive, new buildings at that end of North Terrace. Shame many visitors to the city wouldn’t see them, particularly at night.
