Negative. The bulk of the building is complete but the ground level is still very much a work-site. Pedestrian walkway scaffolding is still up along with the lane closure on Morphett. Looks like they're just grinding out the finishing touches on this and I would say its safe to assume this will be ready for first semester, 2018.

Walkway scaffolding on the bridge was down when I went past yesterday afternoon, but lane is still closed.
