Looks like the Lester hotel will be the next project to startup. I drove past today and the gym has closed
and vacated the building.

You can put the Lester Hotel down as canceled.

The gym moved out of the building about 6 months ago. They're now look for another tenant there's a
'For Lease' sign out the front.

Hallelujah! It is one of the blandest developments imaginable.

The carpark has been increased in height. I imagine that means stage one will start soon, but an 11 level carpark, that is ridiculous. At least it will be a good public access place for skyline photos of the city being on the edge.
