Okay, here's some great news on this project. The development will have 4 street frontages, and will be 30+ levels! Currently undergoing development approval with formal lodging within a few weeks. Will have more info then.
Will update this post as more information is provided.

Architects : Pruszinski Architects

30 levels? So a tall and skinny one then. Obviously it's the block bordered by Currie St, Rosina St, Solomon St and Burnett St. Hope it's not just another vapour building to increase the land value.

Thanks Howie.

Pruszinki must be going for the record of most proposed second tallest towers. 123 Flinders, 64 Currie Street and now this one. Hopefully 3rd time lucky :) Lets NOT put the render up in our banner

Pruszinski's have been working on this for 10 months now, everything is said to be looking positive at the moment.

So just confirming, the site of this one is a red brick building and a little old white building? If so, that's quite a small site for a tower that tall. Should have some nice skyline impact from the North, West and South and maybe even some eastern views if it's built though.

Okay, people are getting totally off topic on this thread. Development threads are for posting updates - not for venting, etc - thats for the general discussion threads. Will ask the mods to clean this thread up shortly.

Do we have a date yet as to when this application will be lodged?

32 Levels 110m

Paul can probably supply some proper renders but until then some are below and I personally think this looks great.

Application is now with the DAC:

Not bad at all.

Though I'm getting a lil tired of all these 100m+ proposals and no action.

Not completely sold on the glass pattern, but that "cut" 1/3 of the way up is a nice touch.

Dont get carried away with your pictures this is Adelaide but this does look like a very detailed proposal with extensive engineering and planing work done. No one would spend that much money on a phantom building. The critical factor will be securing a tenant for the hotel. Maybe Hilton is going to abandon the old Victoria square site. Should encourage more development around light square

Not bad. Interesting in the second rendering you can see the Pruszinski Architects designed 5-Star Hotel for the Mattioli Group. Would be nice though as Ben said.

Cheers

Why would they do that?

great looking proposal.

Can't see the Hilton moving given they are refurbishing it, Quest is in 2 or 3 already and Ibis has their new one?

as always, hope we get some interest and this goes up.
